Delivery & Returns
Our all pieces are made by hand to order, delivery times are generally 2 weeks.
Within the Turkey, delivery is free.
For International orders we use Turpex (DHL). Turpex (DHL) is fully trackable and for the orders under 200$ Turpex (DHL) (Tracked and Signed) price is 25 dollars.
Parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 working days to most of Europe and 3-7 days to the rest of the world. You will be issued with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Additional insurance can be purchased if necessary.
Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivery, or delayed delivery, of items due to customer error.
International customers are responsible for any, and all, duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completely beyond our control, and entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to adjust or exchange your order.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the exchange/adjustment, then make sure to ship the item back to us as soon as possible.
Items are exchanged at the buyer’s own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on our part.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
*Earrings and custom made items CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
*For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
